1. Platform Purpose
- We list local businesses with contact details.
- We share local news, events, and alerts.
- Note: We do not deliver products or act as a transaction agent between users and businesses.
2. Account Registration
- Users may register to post content or create a Bio URL (for organisations only).
- You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
- Information provided must be accurate and current.
3. Business Listings
- Businesses can list services & Products for free or through paid promotion.
- All listings must be lawful and not misleading.
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or spam content.
4. Points & Monthly Rewards
- ✅ Join an event: +10 points
- 📝 Submit news: +20 points
- 🏆 Points are reset at the end of every month.
- 📣 Monthly reward winners are announced on Instagram or WhatsApp.
5. User Conduct
- Do not post offensive, false, or harmful content.
- Do not impersonate others.
- Do not use the platform for illegal purposes or disrupt others.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as part of the platform's services.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, design, and content on uttan.in are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reuse or reproduce without our consent.
8. Community Support
- uttan.in is supported by Human Life Action Foundation (HLA Foundation).
- 30% of revenue is used to support education for underprivileged students in the Uttan region.
9. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any transactions or services provided by listed businesses. All information is shared "as is" without guarantees.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of uttan.in.
11. Termination
Your account may be suspended or removed if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
